Can we add a status of "Resigned" to the credentialing status selection options?

When i try to add a practice with the drop-down type "Other", I'm getting an error: "typeOther is required when type is OTHER" ?

Instead of having to click the ... to edit the status of an enrollment or application, it would be nice if clicking on the status opened the menu and allowed for quick updating that way.

When trying to assign a task to provider for a document upload / board certification, ZenCheck makes you specify which board. Often you don't know which board the provider is certified through until you get the document, so we want to be able to assign 'board certification' without having to specify. For now Altus chose "other" as workaround. Same thing happens when adding a document requirement at the org/practice/facility level - we want to be able to configure a requirement for board cert without having to specify each board. Thanks!

Altus asked if we can break out the "Other" document bucket in the dashboard "Expirations" view, as so many documents for them are lumped in there. Where you can select "By Credential Type" or "By Practice", they asked if there could be a way to select the document type(s) you want to see and be able to filter them that way too. This came from Patrice.

When adding a Medicaid it is populating like a license. Can we have this entry match the PTAN format? Additionally, can we add an option to include the state (I think this was previously requested).

Can we rename the expiration date in the payer section to revalidation date? For commercial payer's revalidation occurs every 3 years and for Medicare/Medicaid it is every 5 years, and those dates are important to recognize.

Is it possible that the verification document is a subset of the license document rather than its own?

When working expirables there is not currently anywhere for notations (like renewal submission dates, etc). Could this flow somehow create a task or application for tracking purposes?
