Can we separate the specialty and taxonomy? And also drop the Internal Medicine part? I.e. Primary Specialty - Cardiovascular Disease and then separate field for the taxonomy. These two are reported separately on applications and rosters.

For CVO work i need to be able to back-date the 'date received' for applications. I just changed the application type and it reset the date to today and I can't back-date it. This will be important to show how quickly apps were processed.

Once we dismiss a conflict can we keep it dismissed? Currently once dismissed it still populates as a conflict or gap requiring response.

The provider DOB format is currently alphanumeric format, i.e. Aug 3, 1976. In order to be able to use the copy/paste feature we need the format to be numeric, i.e. 08/03/1976. Applications always require numeric entry.

When attempting to add a custom field to the provider basic info, I am receiving an error that the system failed to add custom field.

When importing the CAQH Summary, ZenCheck is using the providers Home Address as the practice address and creating a conflict with the CAQH practice address. If I click to update basic info, the home address is changed to the practice address. Example provider: Meredith Bell

Can we add an application type for initial licensing and license renewals?

Can we have a field for Taxonomy Number with the specialty?
