Ran into an issue adding documents for a provider with more than one state license (see Robert Armbruster as example). He has a MO and IL license in use with client, so when adding the 'Professional License' and 'Professional License - Verification Evidence', it would be helpful to be able to add the state (vs. adding another version and seeing two licenses, one labeled "Professional License - Verification Evidence (1)" and then to be able to see on the document screen which state the license/verification is for (currently can't tell without opening the documents)
