It would be great to have the ability, when marking a document or verification requirement N/A, to add a note for why. E.g., I have a couple of providers who are not board certified, and I've marked the requirement N/A, but it would be good to have a little reference note to explain why it's not applicable so you aren't second guessing the "N/A" status and having to look elsewhere
